Nicole Gaiziunas berät Unternehmen aller Branchen und Größenordnungen in allen Fragen rund um Organisations-, Personalentwicklung und Talent Management. Als gebürtige Hessin aus der Festspielstadt Bad Hersfeld studierte sie zunächst Betriebswirtschaft und Sozialpädagogik. Nach ihrem Einstieg bei einer internationalen Strategieberatung stand sie selber im Seminarsaal und trainierte und coachte über 4000 Manager und ihre Mitarbeiter. Heute ist sie Managing Director der SMI Executive Education am Supply Chain Management Institute der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
